The Living Room
The Living Room Restaurant and Bar offers a casual and inviting Breckenridge dining experience. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Living Room invites guests to savor Colorado inspired flavors while enjoying fresh, sustainable food. Enjoy your meal in the 35-seat restaurant or relax with a glass of wine and appetizers in the lounge with oversized sofas and chairs featuring picture windows and a player piano. 

Please note:  Our dining services will be limited from April 16, 2012 - June 20, 2012.  The Living Room will be closed and in-room dining will not be available.

Breakfast:  Daily Sunrise Selection including coffee service, fresh fruit and pastries
Lounge open from 4-8pm for cocktail service with Tapas Platter available in bar.

Starting June 21, our schedule will be as follows:
Breakfast Menu available 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Lunch Menu available 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (March 10-March 31, The Living Room will only be serving a lunch buffet with soup, salad and bread)
Happy Hour 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Dinner Menu available 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

The Ski Hill Grill
Located adjacent to the brand new Peak 8 Plaza at One Ski Hill Place, guests will have a brand new casual dining experience at the Ski Hill Grill! This cafeteria-style eatery is replacing the legendary Bergenhof restaurant as the new destination to catch a bite and lounge on the Breck Beach while choosing from a menu that features gourmet cuisines from around the world!  Relax on the new BreckConnect Plaza patio.  Watch all the action on the slopes with great food and drink this year at the Ski Hill Grill!

The T-Bar
The T-Bar is the newest and hottest après ski bar in Breckenridge.  The T-Bar restaurant seats up to 150 people and is located slope-side at the base of Peak 8 inside One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort. Not only can guests enjoy their favorite beverages with spectacular views, but the après ski food specials and fun, friendly atmosphere will make for an unparalleled experience after a day on the slopes! And with the BreckConnect Gondola located conveniently right outside the T-Bar, guests can stay until last call and get a free ride down to town!

Room Service 
We understand, you want to enjoy your luxurious accommodations at One Ski Hill Place to the fullest.  That’s why we offer in-room dining from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.  In addition, One Ski Hill Place features a hospitality menu with a variety of delicious snack options you can have delivered to your room, or elsewhere in the resort including the bowling alley, aquatics center or media rooms.
